An invoice tool that works the way you do.
Orizu Studio is a small, independent product built in London. We make a single thing — an AI-native invoicing app — and we try to make it the best in its class.
The short version
Most invoicing tools are built for accountants. They put your customer data, your tax setup, and your bank details in front of you in a way that feels like a chore. Orizu Studio is built for the people doing the work — freelancers, agencies, studios — so you can draft, send, and chase invoices in seconds instead of minutes. Our AI integration means an agent like Claude or ChatGPT can do most of it for you, in plain English.
Who's behind this
Orizu Studio is the work of Kene Orizu, a freelance web designer and developer based in London. The company also operates the freelance design practice at orizustudio.co.uk — invoicing was originally a tool built to make our own studio admin faster, and it grew into a product worth shipping.
What we believe
- Software should look like it was made on purpose. Type, spacing, and color matter — your invoice is the last thing a client sees before they pay you. We treat it as a document, not a form.
- AI agents are the new UI.If your tooling doesn't speak MCP, it's going to feel slow in 18 months. We shipped a native MCP server on day one.
- Your data is yours. Every invoice, client, and file you create belongs to you. Export anytime. Delete anytime. No lock-in.
- Pricing should be honest. Real numbers up front, no surprise overage bills, no per-seat tax on small teams.
Where we're going
The roadmap focuses on three things: making the editor faster, expanding the MCP tool surface so agents can do more without opening the dashboard, and adding integrations with the tools freelancers actually use (Notion, Linear, Slack, calendar apps). If there's something you want us to build, tell us — we read every email.
